1) To make a sugar-rimmed glass, rub the lip of the glass with a cut lemon. Place fine white sugar on a plate or in a bowl and dunk, twist and turn to coat the rim. 2) Fill a cocktail shaker ¼ full with crushed ice. Add vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and sugar. Shake well and pour into prepared glass and garnish with twisted lemon peel.
